Hello Everyone,

I need some help today. I have been on Phen since 4/18 and have lost 16 lbs so far (doing good). The problem today is I forgot my Phen at home this morning. I live in Virginia and work in Washington, DC so there is no going to home to get it. I usually take it around 8:30am. I use to take it at 5:00 am right before leaving home but I found myself getting hungry in the early evening so I pushed it back to 8:30am.

What am I going to do? This pill makes me not want to eat and I am so afraid that I will get hungry throughout the day and just EAT! Please help! Please check on me today - I am really going to need your SUPPORT.
