I started phen the 16th of April and in 2 days time I went from 244 to 234. It is now April 22nd and I weigh 230. So it is possible. I think for me it has just been change in habits. I can't eat anymore than 1000-1200 calories without being sick. Also, I think with me because I have insomnia and am everywhere during the night cleaning and not being able to sleep it has helped. I also drink tons of water. It is definitly possible to lose weight in a day or two. I'm taking my thyroid medicine again too though so that could have something to do with it (since I finally have the hormone that controls my metabolism). I don't sit still for the most part. *LOL* I even type standing up because I'm so antsy. People are just different. I'm no longer a size 26 and can fit in 18 jeans loosely. I'm also wondering if size could make a difference. When you have more weight to lose your body has to burn more (I don't know though just a guess). It could be water weight too. I didn't think about that.

I don't care though, as long as I'm on my way to being healthy then I am happy. Also, just because a person doesn't lose weight at one rate doesn't mean another can't lose more weight than another. Either way, everyone keep up the good work and for those who haven't lost yet, you will get there I promise. I'm on adipex.
