I printed off a picture of me at 285 lbs in February and a recent pic and stuck that bad boy to my refrigerator door, bathroom mirror, mirror in bedroom and put one in my wallet.

Saturday, we were shopping in the mall and I saw Sbarro and almost had the big O! However, I pulled out that little picture I carry around and saw how depressed and lonely I was then and decided I'd have a chicken kabob instead with brown rice, because I am here for a reason.

Also, get some work out buddies. When I want to stop because of little reasons, like not being able to feel my arms or legs, lol, my girlfriends really help me and keep me focused. It's very hard work but when you see some results, it just pushes you to go harder and stronger than before.
