Hi every 1! im a new chic on phen and i need all da support i can get right now. i finally decided to loose these lbs because im sick an tired of being sick an tired. ive been reading u guys threads an seeing how supportive u all r an that gave me da courage 2 b a member. i already feel at home . my goal is to loose 45lbs so please yall help me 2 stay focused
