
7-7-7 Challenge: YOU WIN!! (READ CAREFULLY)
YOU CHOOSE any 2 or 3 goals you want to meet in the next 7 days; the goal is simply to associate your time frame or goal with the number 7 (which happens to be the number of completion/finishing).
We've already started the weightloss journey - Don't we want to be finishers in this weightloss journey as well?
EXAMPLE GOAL: Walk 7 miles, in next 7 days, and do 7 minutes of crunches each day.
or
EXAMPLE GOAL #2: complete 7 circuits of strength training at the gym, no eating AFTER 7p.m., and drink 7 glasses of water daily.
or
EXAMPLE GOAL #3: Eat 7 fruits/ veggies a day, increase exercise by 7 minutes each day you do exercise, and journal my meals 7 days in a row.
YOU Don't have to use these Goals (you can) but Make it personal. Only you know what would be a reachable Goal for you.
TO JOIN IN:
1- Post your start-finish dates
2- post your Goals
3- REPORT back at the end of your 7 days about how things went - which goals you accomplished.
