THATS WHAT MY DR HAS ME DOING AN IT WORKS.!!!!!
I TAKE MY PHEN @ 5:30am I GET DRESSED FOR WORK.. THEN AROUND 8:00am I EAT WHAT MY DR SAIS CERAL, PIECE OF FRUITE, 8oz OF JUICE, OATMEAL AND YOUGURT.. THEN FOR LUNCH I CAN HAVE A SMARTONE ANY ONE ALONGS THAT LINE AND A PIECE OF FRUITE... I DONT HAVE DINNER OR EAT AFTER 6PM... THIS WORKS WELL FOR ME.. THEN I DO 40 MINUTES OF CARDIO..
If you want to impress anyone, you must FIRST be impressed with yourself.
