Track your calories at sparkpeople.com. it is free, and it will help you get an idea of how many calories a day you need to reach your goal weight in a safe amount of time. You must eat at least 1000 calories a day to loose anything, and, I think it more along the lines of 1200. it will come off, believe me, especially with hitting the gym. I do to, and I haven't lost the weight as fast as a couple of my friends who are taking it, but I have lost inches and toned up faster...they don't exercise at all. Keep up the hard work, it'll pay off in the end.
