today was great for me and i even worked out again this morning and just did 30min on the treadmil tonite-tomorrow is my first weigh in so wish me luck ,Im hoping for at least 10lbs...

I AM SO HAPPY TO BE HERE I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN.I STARTED PHEN,HCG AND B12 INJECTIONS ON 4/15/08 AND TODAY 4/19/08 I HAVE LOST 7LBS,YEAH!! I FEEL TREMENDOUS.
