Good afternoon ladies. I did fairly well last week. I was sick from Tues to Saturday so no workouts...but the eating went well. I actually saw 162 on the scale Sat morning. Then, of couse, the evil TOM struck out of nowhere (a week early) and by Sunday I was at 164 and by this morning my bloated up belly was back at 165. But that is with TOM so hopefully next Monday I can show I lost some lbs lost.
I did look around for some swimsuits this weekend.. haven't found THE ONE yet.
