Default excercise in the morning
Hello every one,This morning I decided to workout and I felt so much better than I do when I exercise after work-yesterday was a challenge for me b/c I did eat as scheduled,I took my 2 boys to an activity park and had so much fun I didn't eat .Last night I was starving,but I still ate an apple around 11:00 and that carried me over.I have found that if i don't eat at least 1100 cals I am hungry,but when I am eating 1100 cals I have to make myself eat b/c I am not hungry.

Can anyone give me any advise on how to maintain my cal. intake on the weekend outdoor all day outings -where the facility sells only a variety of fried foods?What do you do ?
I AM SO HAPPY TO BE HERE I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN.I STARTED PHEN,HCG AND B12 INJECTIONS ON 4/15/08 AND TODAY 4/19/08 I HAVE LOST 7LBS,YEAH!! I FEEL TREMENDOUS.
