I am not sure how much positive talk I use... I am of the mind frame ... Just Do it ... no thinking about it if it is something I want I have to do it or it is not going to happen. I do however visualize myself with the body I want.. while I am running and I feel like I may not make it and the negative thoughts start creeping in I always imagine myself running down the beach with the toned body I want... and keep going and everyday I can get through that run and push myself a bit harder I am one day closer to that person...
