Maybe you could try eating your healthy meal around 9 or 10 (this is what I do) then snack at 1a and 4 or 5 a. Then you will eat smaller amounts while our metabolism is slower. But I know, sometimes i don't even get my 10p meal in til 2a! You know what I mean! But I am glad you took the pics cause that helps us really SEE it in other ways than looking at the scale.
