Hey all.
I did pretty good today even with being on the road most of the day.
B-yogurt
S-protein bar
L-subway salad with no fat italian
S-Mcd's fruit & yogurt parfait w/o granola
D-turkey & ham subway-no cheese all the veggies and spicy mustard;baked potato crisps
S-apple
I got back just in time to take son to batting practice. So, i got a good 30 mnute walk-in.
