I am finally moving on the scales again!! I am today at 166.

I take magnesium supplements for constipation on the Atkins. I take 400mg with a meal every day. I also have learned to eat every last bit of carbs allowed with vegetables and not too much cheese. I have like two salads a day and one big serving of vegetables at dinner. IT really helps to fill you up plus it helps with the flow

April 1 -14 : LBS + / - : down 2 lbs 166
April 15 - 30 LBS + / - : down to 163 total April loss = 5lbs

GOAL FOR MAY - TO LOSE 10lbs!
