Horrible weekend......binged last night and woke up feeling sick to my stomach..scale has a very scary number on it...had to hit rock bottom to want to get back into the groove. Back on phen today, we'll see if that helps.......
I hate feeling like this.........I"m going back to being the "old me"......
To top it off my "hemmies" are back..probably because of my awful eating....
Ihope everyone else here is doing better than I am.
