Hi phen family!! I agree with Momto8, when your body is really strong in telling you that it needs more food, feed it!! Yesterday, I did okay with food, took my phen, and will re-start my low carb eating on Monday, stressful weekend, seems like everyone is getting on my nerves today!!! --so here it is:
Yesterday's menu --
B: SB protein bar, 1 cup low sugar/low carb yogurt
L: No lunch (shopping and running around)
D: 1/2 large crabcake, mixed greens, little cauliflower and little green beans
S: handful of peanuts, 2 handfuls of fish crackers

Today's menu --
B: bowl of cold cereal
S: handful of peanuts, 100 cal snack
L: PB and little peach preserves sandwich on whole wheat bread, 5 chips
S: piece of chicken breast (hubby is using deep fryer, bad!)

For dinner later on, I'll do a Lean Pocket -- then go low carb Monday thru Friday of next week. I've got a doctor's appointment Tuesday, ready for my phen refill!! I have to share that in my shopping yesterday, I got clothes in a size I didn't think I could wear, 14/16W!!! And keep in mind that when I started this journey, I was wearing a size 22W; no one could wipe the smile off my face!! Got a cute dress, pair of jean capris, pair of nice slacks and pair of jeans, a sleeveless top and a pullover with a hood -- I really enjoyed myself, so nice to see my size hanging right there on the rack!!! See, that in itself should give me strong motivation -- I'm doing the bike tonight!! Going downstairs now to sort through my clothes, get them ready for Goodwill's pickup on Thursday.

Weekends are rough for me, always have been -- I tried starting out with low carb this weekend, but just couldn't stick with it for long; seems like when I'm at my job, I do better ... Well, I plan to eat my Lean Pocket before 7 pm tonight, and then eat no more for the evening!!!

I got my hula hoop today, and have been working with that too; JamieE, I need to teach myself all over again how to work that thing, I couldn't keep it up on my waist; good grief!!

I'm also working on our weight loss chart LZ, and will send it over to you to upload either this evening or tomorrow morning; thanks again!
