hmm...I guess I can preplan but I don't want to put myself under that much pressure..I want to have some last minute choices for breakfast and lunch..but I will pre plan my dinners.....
so far today:
2 hard boiled eggs
banana
1 chicken breast
small cup lentil chicken soup
1/2 soft pretzel (soccer game - I caved in)
I didn't take my phen today either, I'm starting up again on it tomorrow and taking a whole tablet from here on out....hope it works because the stuff i got from target isn't as potent....now what is up with that?
