Lost Weight: -49 since coming here , -88 down from highest ever

Goal Weight: 140 maybe 130 - since I haven't gotten as small as I thought i'd be by this weight

I DID NOT EXERCISE-NOPE DIDN'T WANT TO

I ATE DORITOS AT 8:45 LAST NIGHT-ASK RICK

I ATE 3 CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES AT 12;00AM

I WAS SICK AND TIRED AND VERY HUNGRY YESTERDAY. MY STOMACH WAS GROWLING--WE HAVE TO CUT CALORIES AND WE HAVE TO EXERCISE!!
BUT PEOPLE, OUR BODY KNOWS WHEN IT NEEDS SOME EXTRA FUEL! I LISTENED AND I WAS BETTER IN MINUTES.
NOT OFTEN, BUT SOMETIMES LISTEN TO YOUR BODY--DON'T NECESARILY PUT DORITOS AND COOKIES IN IT..LOL... BUT LISTEN. IF YOUR TUMMY IS GROWLING..IT NEEDS FUEL!

I AM PROUD OF MY DAY YESTERDAY!! YEP, VERY ! AND I WAS STILL DOWN ANOTHER POUND TODAY ! NOW I CAN'T CHEAT FOR ANOTHER MONTH LOL
