I have to agree. I am surprised by how old some of these posts are. I often see post from 2006.

Jan 2006-160 very depressed
April 2006 - 145 without Phen running 2x a day
Plateaued forever- but finally with Phen I lost 13 more lbs.
June2007 -132 with Phen  - Got married
Jan2008- 146 gained 14lbs 
April 2009 - on Phen again 140
