Hi chester! Thanks for the welcome! I honestly want to say that Phen is my miracle! Not saying it is a miracle drug, but it has got me moving and that is more than I was doing earlier!!!
Did 30 min on the treadmill earlier and ate a WW pizza for lunch! I've drank 2 liters of water today!! Wahoooo!!!
And about coming to Hawaii.....seriously, it's a great place to VISIT but I've lived here for almost 3 years and i'm ready to GOOOOOO! My husband is in the Army so we will be headed for Colorado at the end of the year!
