So I'm still a newbie but want to join! I'm on day 6 of Phen and I'm feeling good! Soo, let's see
1 C Coffee with creamer (1 tbsp) about
Slimfast drink for breakfast
1 quart of water
It's only 10 am here so snack is next and it will be yogurt!!!
