Motown -- I hope that your knee is feeling better.
Dessie- Maybe you should try taking only half the pill daily that is what I am doing.
Marie---You are doing an awesome job--keep it up.
Amber--Don't worry about the scale not moving this week. After all the working out you did last week, I am sure you will see the scale go down at the next weigh in. I am happy to hear your son is feeling better.
Kaitlyn-- Don't disappear on us again.
Carmen--I chickened out, afraid to step on the scale. You will have to wait until next week to see how I did.
Dona-- Where are you girl?? We miss you.
I am hoping that everyone else who has not checked in lately is doing well. We would all like to hear from you.
I vote that we weigh bi-weekly from now on. This month has been going well for me (with the exception of this weekend), and I don't want to ruin it with a lousy weigh-in. I will post my weight next Monday.
