Lets go with bi-weekly (as Carmen suggested in post 1 of this thread)....because my scale went up 1 pound from last week

Hope everyone is doing well....I think I may try the phen again tomorrow....it scared me so bad last time, I swore it off, but now even my "fat" jeans arent zipping up so I need to do something quick!
