I read about that type of exercise, how difficult it is to do, and how it increases your stamina, strengthens the core -- yeah, I heard that it's not easy at all, and that classes are being offered for it in studios, or folks getting the workout DVD-- way to go on getting an excellent workout!! And your menu yesterday was great too, proud of you!!
I went out to lunch with my girlfriends today, and stayed good; went to one of those hot food buffet places, and got veggies, baked chicken and baked fish, and it was really good!! Eating my low sugar/low carb yogurt now and thinking to myself how glad I am that I didn't go off my diet at lunchtime, that I stayed good, even in going out with friends!! Well, I made my 2-month checkup with my doctor for April 15; I always get real strict with my dieting so that I can show her the best numbers possible!!!! Whew, so I got through my one-month break from getting my phen prescription from her (she wanted me to take a break from it, that's how a lot of doctors do). So I had a good 2 weeks with no phen, just did low carb, and it wasn't easy, not at all!! And for the other two weeks, I stretched the remaining phen that I had, so I'm ready for my new phen prescription, that's for sure!!!
