I am so excited about this new spring start.... I have kinda been slacking and could use the revamp. I am so excited to get to know some more great people on this weightloss journey.
During this challange I will:
Workout at Least 4 times a week
Drink 70 oz of water a day
Run 3 times this week with one run being 4 miles or better
I will update my challanges every week to fit my weekly plan. I love the idea that we challange ourselves. I am going to hold everyone accountable.
In the month of April I want to lose 8-10lbs. I want to tone up my body. I want to quit eating all the food in sight. I want to be one step closer to wearing a Bikini in June.
I will take new pictures to compare and I am also going to take a headshot to compare with at the end of the month.
Here is to a great start.... I am going to be rocking the bikini before the summer challange starts...
