Could you be retaining water? I get "stuck" sometimes. My doc prescribes a water pill with my phen. It helps.
I agree with Band Mamma, you certainly need to track your calories. I have a little notebook that I write down EVERYTHING that I eat in a day. You'd be surprised at what you stuff in your mouth and don't remember! I certainly think you need to find a way to get more exercise in.
