ITA, detox will give phen a real boost. I am about to do this again myself. There are way too many detox kits/programs to get all into that. You just have to try something that works for you.

I am not really a fan of GNC or Vitamin stores when it comes to detoxing. Find yourself an Authentic herb store. Whole Foods is good too. Or google nature's sunshine herbs. this is a great time. I did the 16 day cleanse when i started phen in 2006. i lost weight fast.... 43lbs in 2 months...

This is highly recommended..
