I just had my FIRST WEEK weigh-in too and I was down 7 pounds...a good start that I'm determined to keep rolling, even tho I know it won't continue at that rate except here at the beginning. But, my pants are already feeling looser and I think maybe my thighs rubbing together won't start a fire this week...LOL. My goal is to look down someday and see :::light::: between my thighs...heehee.
I saw a post the other day that sorta hinted that girls/women in the 150s/160s don't really need Phen or maybe even need to be here. Sigh....and that sort of thinking/feeling makes me sad for more than one reason. No matter the amount of extra weight we each carry, it feels and looks the same to all of us -- TOO MUCH -- and each pound will always emotionally keep us from being who we want to be and doing what we wish we could, so the weight is a burden no matter the number. This is a wonderful place of love, support and sunshine, lets keep it that way. I love it here. Its my new favorite 'food' addiction -- I feed myself these posts of your success whenever I have a craving that won't go away.
