As far as eating goes I make sure that my meals are packed with healthy calories. I don't use oil to cook anymore. I want my meals to consist of 3/4 of the plate being protein and vegetables. Try and watch eating too many salts. You can't go wrong with eating healthy food. A normal day for me consists of about 1100 calories. I get those in 3 meals. My doctor don't want me snacking or having mini meals. I wish you well, and hope you continue to stay strong. This site is amazing when you are having problems.
