I've been taking Phen for a week, I got on the scale this morning.. I only lost 1.9 lbs. I have not been counting calories, but I'll do my best to start. This morning after I weighed myself, I sat at my desk and wrote down everything I ate yesterday.. it totaled
780 calories.. is this why I'm not loosing like I should? Am I not eating enough? Someone please help me get on the right track. Thanks.
