trauma i have never been on phen, i just like these boards. i had lost all the way down to 290 then of course gained it back. im not looking for a quick fix, i just want to get the weight off and keep it off. i've always considered phen but never really looked into getting any.
im sitting here thinking what was it that i was doing then to get down to 290 that im not doing now. i wasn't even in a gym during that time. i know one thing i did do was not eat after 6pm but truly how long can i go like that. i think then i was able to do it for about 3 months so i guess i should really think about that too.
