I don't think anybody realizes that this was posted in 2000. I don't even think Moon is around anymore but not sure. I read this when I first started out in March of 07. I have been doing this for a year now, today is exactly a year actually, I didn't even realize it until right then, and one thing I can tell you is that water is the one mainstay that should be in your daily routine. My skin, hair, appetite everything has improved due to drinking water. I actually crave water all of the time. And I'm not on phen now so that's not what is making me want it. I think that my kidneys have been functioning properly for so long now that when I don't drink water my body definitely lets me know. For you newbies please pay attention to this thread it is so very important!
