YOU GUYS FORGOT THAT I JUST STARTED PHEN ON THE 26TH, SO ITS KINDA EXPECTED TO TAKE OFF 20 IN THE FIRST MONTH. BUT I AM GONNA PUSH MYSELF TILL I MEET MY GOAL. I AM JUST TIRED OF NOT BE ABLE TO FIT INTO MY CLOTHES. RIGHT NOW I WILL TAKE ANYTHING IN THE 1'S. BEFORE I HAD MY 3 RD SON I USED TO RUN 4 MILES A DAY. HOPEFULLY I CAN MEET THIS GOAL AGAIN, BACK UP TO 1 1/2 MILES NOW AND MY JOINTS DON'T HURT ANYMORE.
LIBBY THATS JUST TOM MESSING UP YOUR NUMBERS BECAUSE I KNOW YOU STEPPED UP YOUR WORKOUT GAME THIS WEEK. YOU WILL PROBABLY SEE GREAT NUMBERS AT THE END OF THIS WEEK. DRINK YOUR WATER AND EXCERCISE AND IT WILL FLUSH YOUR SYSTEM.
JUST STAY ENCOURAGED EVERYONE!!! I TRIED THE LOW CARB ONE TIME, I JUST COULDN'T DO IT. I AM A SOUTHERN GIRL, SO THAT CRAVING FOR POTATOS COMES IN EVERY ONCE AND AWHILE.
YESTERDAY I HAD LIBBYS FAVORITE. I ATE HOT WINGS FROM WINGS TO GO, SNAPPLE PINK LEMONADE, AND 100 CALORIE HOSTESS. I FELT LIKE I WAS CHEATING A LITTLE BUT I STILL STAYED UNDER 1200 CALORIES(EVEN THOUGHT THE FAT GRAMS WERE HIGH) BUT I MAINTAINED MY WEIGHT TODAY, STILL AT 206
