before now because I'm gonna be a week late on the posting of my weight.
So, hey, I am here!
I am not very good at any of this and I can't figure out how to make some kind of a chart that
we could all use to keep track of the weight that we lose every week.....or don't lose...or even gain.(ACK!) Hey it does happen. (
But Hey! I have a challenge too. Along with posting our weight every Wednesday.....
How about everybody does 20 to 25 'push-ups' .....while standing at the kitchen counter.
It's not too bad to do. haha I'm talkin' about standing a bit of a wayz back from the
counter and doing push ups or push backs, whatever you want to call it.
You can tell when you are doing them right when you can really feel them.
And you all will know what I mean when you start doing them.
So, howz about doing 20 to 25 every day for a week?
Starting today (Sun.) or starting Mon. if it would be better for you.
But if anyone out there can figure out how to make some kind of charts for all of us 100+ losers
to do with weight and maybe one for challenges...that would be......awesome.
I have tried for the last 2 hrs.or so and I cannot figure it out.....haha But I know that there
has got to be one of us out there that can kinda figure it out.
Or get ahold of me and we can hopefully figure it out together.
Like graphicMOM is getting us together to post our weight and to share an excercise that we do. It would be really neat if we could have it all charted out so we can see the progress or the times that we all at one time or another have a 'flat' spot. argh!
So!!!!!!!!!!! C'mon girls!!!!!! We CAN DO THIS AND ALL THE HELP WE CAN GET........THE BETTER!
And we have each other to help us too!!!!!
