jenn WTG on the 2 pound loss, im loving that for you. i like that recipe too, i'll hv to try it. you know if you go to walmart they have veggies in single servings. that might help with not having alot of leftovers. also, you are doing great with the 1000 cals.

krissy congrats on the 2 pounds. hey as long as you plan for it, it wont hurt much to get in cheat food. i saw on the biggest loser where after each weigh in they do they allow a cheat day. now i know we shouldn't do a cheat day because they workout 6hours a day but a cheat snack wont be so bad AFTER you weigh. that way you will still have the week ahead to put in the hard work.

i have been going to the gym then afterwards going to the park and walking the track, its great and im going to keep doing it as long as the weather is nice. we go after we pick my son up from daycare so its cool b/c he gets in a nice little walk too, no stroller for him.

let's keep our team going strong! trauma i hope everything is going good for you. when do you start traveling or have you already started?
