That is how it has always been for me...when I am up I am UP!!!...but down is so so down. I am happy to report that I turned down MEXICAN FOOD for lunch today!! I have had 755 calories so far today and I am planning on a good dinner!! It is.......
1 can corn
1 can black beans
a cup or more of salsa
1 pound of chicken tenders.
I cook the chicken tenders and cut them up really good. then I add it to the other stuff and mix well....return to stove top to heat it all up. I use the low carb tortillas and just wrap the mixture up in one. I also add a spoon of light sour cream to it. I spice my sour cream up with some juice out of a can of smoked chipotle peppers....YUMMMMO!!!!!! It makes quite a bit but it makes great leftovers!!!!
ok....gonna get my 20 minutes in one the elliptical......thats 270 calories.....and when I am only eating 1000 or so calories I think that is a good enough workout!
