Hi everyone! I'm new here. >,<; i actually found this place because of this post. Anyways. I'm starting this tomorrow. I heard on this diet you're supposed to eat the core too? Is it ok if you don't. I've tried that before and it always makes me want to throw up. ~,~;

And I have a question. Is it ok to exercise at all during this? Because I exercise regularly.
