i here u on the water issue daqui! i am gonna really need to do something on the road trip b/c stopping at the gas stations all along the way i am gonna want diet pepsi! but maybe some zero cal yummy drinks will fit in in a pinch. i need to go back to the, i can not have one soda until i get my daily water intake in! that worked really well for me. like i said before-i only drink one soda a day, but with it being cold thru the winter i just don't want to drink anything! but i did well on my water yes, and i think today is also gonna be good! so i am sooo happy about that! i think that it is also helping to more quickly flush out the salt from the pizza i had two days ago...usually i gain at least 2 pounds of water wt from it, but i only gained one! so i am hoping to be down to normal tomorrow. i have also been increasing my length of workouts this week cause LZ and i are challenging eachother b/c we are the same wt this week, and that really really helps with the water intake! i start really sweating and get really thirsty so drink water! i need to continue with the longer/tougher workouts if only to help the water intake!!
i think i have the w/e off, so i am all for a w/e challenge...will be hard to stay away from going out to eat b/c we didn't at all this week! trying to save money for the trip in less than 2 weeks!!! here i come krissy!!
