The problem with the HCG - its not FDA approved. In 1962 it was determined that it will do more harm then good, and in 1974 the FDA stated that any producer of said drug must put on their labels that it is NOT for weight loss use.

... Im gonna post a thread about some of the diets out there. I'm on the other end of all of this, so I get to see a lot of interesting things that I guess others dont
