Cool WEEKENDS?!?!
Okay ladies!!

This past weekend was my first weekend on Phen!! And I was just wondering how you ladies do it?!? I cheated so bad!! I mean I still ate alot of fruit and sunday I drank 100oz of water but, Friday nite I had pizza and a glass of soda (i know, terrible!!) and Saturday (for my dad's birthday) we went to a Mexican restaurant and I had a beef taco and a half glass of soda!! Sunday (Started my period) and I ate a hot dog (no bread) and tostitos!!

Now I do believe that weekends should be kind of a little break and you should enjoy your weekend but I don't want to ruin all the work I did ALL week!! Whats your advice?!
