thanks texas t lol the snacks i brought from my doctor ****ed real bad and the shakes arent that great either so im trying the 100 calorie snacks just when i feel i need to snack on something this phen makes me not want to eat period but i know thats not good so i just eat one and keep track of how much calories im takeing in for the day some times i dont even get to 800 i know thats not good is it? im eating the one friut in the morning like u im not a breakfast person but i can eat fruit just to have something in me thanks..................
