No but I saw the girl scouts were selling 100 calorie cookie packs today. BUT when I looked at the packages I saw that there were other ones that were lower in calories. The 100 calorie packs have 5 cookies, the Thanks Alots are 8 cookies for 150 calories. I think the biggest thing is just keeping your caloric intake under 1000 calories a day. To lose weight we should consume less than 1200 calories, to maintain between 1200 & 1500 and to gain intake should be over 1500. But with a sedetary lifestyle caloric intake should be less than 800. Once the body stops losing weight, we should up the calories so the body doesnt hold onto them and starts burning them again. Then back to lower calories after a week or so.
Dont get me wrong... I LOVE my phentramine! But I have learned this is all about a lifestyle change. I have been looking at your pictures and weight totals... you are all DOING GREAT! Im here if you need me.. just hanging out in the background
