here's a pic from 2 summers ago when I still weighed about 190 or so, since then I gained 25 or so lbs. but now I have lost 9.5 of that ...yea!!!! So it's not before before but it is alot farther away from after then I want to be

GW~135ok this is me @ about 190-195 at this point i would be glad to be there again
