I do the HCG mixed with B-12, to help with my metabolism. I plan on doing the shots short term, until I lose about 75% of the weight that I need to lose.The lady who helps me with diet and exercise support at this clinic, had lost eighty pounds doing the HCG/Phen mix about four years ago, and then she still looks great! The shots aren't a magic obesity cure, just an aid. I just needed an extra boost! They do get pricey though. This clinic charges $145 to start, and then $95 every month after. That includes a physical exam from the doctor, diet and exercise support, and weekly shots and the weekly weigh-in. I feel like that if it wasn't for Phen, I probably wouldn't be losing as much weight, as I would with just the shots and diet. I also know a couple of people who have lost more weight by just using Phen, and making lifestyle changes with their diet and exercise habits. Phen has totally shown me that my previous eating habits were outragous, and I'm seriously surprised by how much I ate before. I don't think that I could ever go back to the way I was before about food.
