Okay, so I only lost a pound this week and I'm pretty bummed. I know I sneaked too many chicken nuggets... they're my weakness!! But because I have 2 toddlers it seems like nuggets are around ALL THE F-ING TIME. According to my doc's super-snazzy scale, I lost 3 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of water weight... that's why only one pound showed. Anyway, I need to go find a workout video that I haven't done in a long time so I can meet the challenge.
