I've never tried ALLI myself, but I know there were some people that were asking about it. From what I hear it's okay to take it with Phen, but if you're serious about it you should probably talk to your own doc first just to make sure. It's just a fat blocker, so if you eat a bunch of fatty food it'll just slide right on outta' ya!
