ok so heres my day before the outback lol
breakfast= 2 scrambled eggs with cheese...475 cals and 4.8 carbs
lunch= chicken wings.. 220 cals 1 carb
dinner... LOL... outback half of a 9 oz steak, brocolli with cheese...
no tellin how i did... BUT I BROKE FROM 227.4 TO 226.5
o0o n ladies i need to work out but i cant seem to do it
