Breakfast - Mini Muffin Pack - 100 cals
Snack - Mini Rice Cakes - 90 cals
Lunch - Tuna Salad on whole wheat bread - 355 cals
Snack - Yogurt - 100 cals
Dinner - Lean Cuisine Sweedish Meatballs - 280 cals
Total - 925 cals
No exercise yet. Going to the gym in a few minutes. Been working all day.
Probably one more snack.
Water - 90 oz. so far
