ok soorry i didnt post yesterday i forgot! heres my food for yesterday

breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese...475 cals and 4.8 carbs
lunch: tuna with 2 rice cakes... 265 cals and 14 carbs
snack: peanuts 120 cal 0 carbs
dinner: chicken wings 440 cals and 2 carbs...

total= 1300cals and 20.8 carbs
