i guess today is our official start day so if you all want to post your starting weights that would be great. i will finally weigh tomorrow, im going home today but won't weigh until tomorrow morning. im still choosing to weigh monthly but if its decided to weigh once a week we can track that too.
we need to decide on a mini challenge starting tomorrow. i suggest 5 sets of 10 leg lifts, on each leg. so that would be 50 lifts on each leg. if everyone is ok with that we can start tomorrow-if you want start today great!
jenn im glad you didnt gain over the weekend, those are hard sometimes. once it becomes a habit you wont have to worry abt gaining anymore.
krissy half a box, huh. how were you feeling when you did it? maybe thats something we can look into, when we slip up remember what you were dealing with. we all know we will have those days but i dont want it to be emotional eating.... im having a bad day or me and my S.O. had an argument.
there are those days when we will just allow ourselves a cheat day and thats ok, but if it's more emotional we need to talk about those things.
